Image to JPG Converter — Single or Bulk

Convert PNG, WebP, or any image to JPG — one file or up to 20 in a single batch. Adjust quality, handle transparency, and download individually or as a ZIP. No server, no account.

This tool converts PNG, WebP, AVIF and other images to JPEG in your browser, up to 20 files at a time and 25 MB each. JPEG is lossy and has no transparency, so any transparent background is flattened during conversion — which is exactly why JPEG files are so much smaller than the PNGs they replace.

About this tool

JPEG is the most universally supported image format — compatible with every browser, device, printer, and platform. Converting a PNG or WebP to JPG is useful when you need broad compatibility or a smaller file for email and web use. This tool runs entirely in your browser: your file never leaves your device.

Upload a JPG, PNG, or WebP image, set the quality level (50–100%) and a background color for transparent images, then preview the result side-by-side and download. The quality slider lets you balance file size against visual sharpness for your specific use case.

How to use

1

Upload one or more images

Drag and drop JPG, PNG, or WebP files into the upload area — up to 20 at once — or browse to select them.

2

Adjust quality and background

Set the quality slider (default 85%) to balance sharpness vs. file size. Choose a background color for transparent PNGs or WebPs. The settings apply to every file in the queue.

3

Watch the queue convert

Files convert one by one. Each row shows its size before/after and a download button when ready. With one file you also get a full side-by-side preview.

4

Download — single or ZIP

Click Download on a row to grab a single JPG, or hit Download all (ZIP) to get every converted file in one archive.

Quick answers about this free online tool.

Upload a JPG, PNG, or WebP file. The image is drawn to an HTML canvas in your browser and exported as JPEG — nothing is uploaded to a server. Adjust quality and background color if needed, then download.

JPEG uses lossy compression. The default quality of 85% gives an excellent balance of file size and visual quality. Raise it to 100% for maximum fidelity or lower it for a smaller file.

JPEG does not support transparency. Choose a background color (white by default) to fill any transparent areas before export. Use the Black or Custom options if your image needs a different background.

No. Conversion runs entirely in your browser using the Canvas API. Files are never sent to us or stored anywhere.

JPEG, PNG, and WebP uploads are supported, up to 25 MB. Very large dimensions are scaled down so the canvas stays within safe browser limits.
