Merge PDF Files Online Free
Combine PDFs in the order you want, include only the pages you need, and export a single file — private, fast, no account.
This tool combines several PDF files into one document inside your browser. Add up to 25 PDFs of 40 MB each, drag them into the order you want, and download the merged file. Page content, text and embedded fonts are carried across unchanged — nothing is re-encoded, and no file is uploaded to a server.

About this tool
Whether you are joining scanned chapters, combining invoices and receipts, or assembling a handout from several exports, you should not have to email files to yourself or trust a random upload site. This merge PDF tool is built for clarity and control: you see every file in your queue, you drag to set merge order, and for each document you can keep all pages or type a custom page list such as 1-3, 5, 8-12 so only those pages are copied into the final PDF.
Under the hood, the tool uses pdf-lib in your browser: PDFs are read with the File API, pages are copied into a new document in order, and you download the result locally. Contracts, medical forms, or personal records never leave your machine during the merge. If a file is corrupted or password-protected, you get a clear error instead of a silent failure.
How to use
Upload your PDFs
Drag and drop one or more .pdf files into the upload area, or click Browse. Each file appears as a row in your merge queue.
Reorder and select pages
Drag rows to set merge order. Expand each file to choose all pages or type a custom range (e.g. 1-3, 5, 8-12).
Set output options
Enter a filename and optionally enable object-stream compression to trim the output size slightly.
Merge and download
Click Merge PDF and download your combined document when the success message appears.
